Learning from generations of expertise, Emily and Adrian McGowan hand-rear their grass-fed flock of sheep on the family farm in Killinchy, using traditional farming methods for the best quality.
After maturing naturally, the lamb is butchered and hung for eight days to deepen flavour, before being expertly prepared by our local butcher, ready to turn into flavourful dishes for you to enjoy at home.
All lamb is frozen.
